Animal Experience Morning in Year 2

Our Year 2 children had a wonderful morning thanks to local company 'The African Animal Experience' - they had the opportunity to see a snake, meerkat, tortoise and many other amazing animals! 

 

The children asked some really interesting questions and were amazed that the Madagascan Tenrec - which looks like a tiny hedgehog - is actually more closely related to an elephant!

 

Thank you for all your contributions towards this unique experience for our children - and also to Mrs Taylor for organising!
